it's juz like when SARS was attacking the world...

and i was told that this virus can survive in the air for 2 hours....(not that sure)

last nite i watched a news about this H1N1

in Hong Kong...
there's a boy...
stayed at a hotel..
then he was sent to hospital bcoz macam kena H1N1

then...
they found out that the boy stayed at the hotel before he was sent into the hospital...
so they faster take action to the hotel...
stop everyone in the hotel from going out....
to stop the virus from spreading...
and there's an Angmo wanna check out but wasn't allowed...
he's feeling uneasy and wanna go out...
he did not know what was happening...

and i heard that Malaysia got one macam kena H1N1...
but isn't comfirmed yet...
still under checking...
not sure...

and juz now i received a message :
it said that Kuching already got ppl kena A 型流感...WHAT?!omg....
and the symptoms :
1.Fever
2.sore throat
3.vomit
4.coughing
5.faint
6.flu

please guys....
i'm so worried bout u guys ....
i'm worried...
that anyone of us will get this disease....

please take good care of urself...ok????
drink more water!
have enuf rest.
go out less.
do exercise regularly
eat healthy food

see doctor...
